Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unused, and unwashed
• In original packaging with tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

• Final sale items
• Clearance or discounted items
• Worn, washed, or damaged items not due to a defect
• Under scrub garments (for hygiene purposes, if applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos.
We will review your request and provide a resolution, including a replacement if applicable.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Refund Policy

All returns are inspected upon arrival.

You will be notified once your return has been approved or rejected.

If approved:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval
